We don’t just promise excellent villa standards which you can read more about in our main page. Our guests can also expect world-class customer service. Our team goes out of their way to arrange holidays that are personalised and unique to your needs. We are here to help make of your stay an unforgettable one!
 
Typically our welcoming villa staff will be present upon your arrival to show you around the property.
 
No problem! Each property will welcome up to the advertised number of guests. You can always add more names at later times, as long as the number of sleeping places shown on the description of the property is not exceeded. Please inform Us as soon as possible to set perfectly the linen and towels for your party.
 
Our team can hold a villa for up to 2 hours if you need to confirm details with other party members or book your flights.
 

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX etc.) and some debit cards for online reservations. Please refer to the booking platform for the most up-to-date information on accepted payment methods.

Only the unit by Breezy Bae (1 BDR) will have pets allowance.

Provided you have a booking confirmation, our staff will get in contact with you to provide the address through a confirmation email. If you haven’t received an email within 1-3 days of booking, please contact the Villa’s customer service team.
 
Your first port of call is our 24/7 staff personnel – you will be given their contact number in your Villa Guide.
 
We also have dedicated Villa Managers available to provide direct support when called. Should you need their assistance while on holiday or have any questions, please reach out to our customer service team.
No – once you’ve checked-in, the villa is all yours! Our Villa Managers can visit if required but we aim to not bother you during your stay.
